Trans Nzoia County Water and Sanitation Company Limited (TRANSWASCO) was honored to be hosted by Kitale National Polytechnic for a presentation by Dr. Zipporah Berut and her research team on the ongoing Customer Identification Survey (CIS). The session provided valuable insights designed to enhance customer management and improve overall service delivery.

The event was graced by Kitale National Polytechnic’s Chief Principal, Dr. Tom Mulati, alongside Deputy Principal–Academic, Mr. Lucas Ongeri. TRANSWASCO’s delegation included the Chief Technical Manager, Acting Principal Commercial Officer, Principal Officer ICT, and Principal Officer Internal Audit, who engaged in discussions on how CIS data can be leveraged to refine operations and strengthen customer relations.

The collaborative session highlighted the importance of research-driven decision-making in the water and sanitation sector. By working with academic institutions such as Kitale National Polytechnic, TRANSWASCO continues to build capacity and embrace innovative approaches to better serve residents of Trans Nzoia County.
