TRANSWASCO today commenced a Customer Identification Survey training program at Kitale National Polytechnic. The training brings together students from the Polytechnic in an intensive, hands-on session to prepare them for community-based surveys targeting both existing and potential customers within the company’s service area.

The survey is part of a strategic initiative to ensure accurate and up-to-date customer information. This data will support more effective planning, enhance operational efficiency, and improve water service delivery to communities across the entire TRANSWASCO coverage region.
