This platform allowed TRANSWASCO to connect with local communities in Kapterwa and Endebess, showcasing its services, including water billing, sewer systems, and its mission of ensuring reliable access to safe water and sanitation.
The forum, held first at Kapterwa on November 7th, attracted large groups of residents keen on learning about TRANSWASCO’s offerings. The TRANSWASCO team highlighted its customer service features, such as the convenience of checking water bills by dialing *873*055#. Residents were appreciative of the team’s presence and eager to engage with TRANSWASCO representatives on the company’s efforts to improve water access and infrastructure.
On November 8th, the Kikao Forum continued in Endebess, where TRANSWASCO’s exhibition featured a detailed sewer model that captivated attendees. Many residents engaged closely with the demonstration, gaining a better understanding of how the company’s sewer systems function to promote public health and environmental safety. The TRANSWASCO team provided hands-on insights into the technology, explaining the company’s commitment to sustainable water and sanitation practices that align with the county’s growth needs.
Actively participating in Governor Natembeya’s Kikao Forum not only allowed TRANSWASCO to enhance its corporate image but also reinforced its commitment to transparency and community engagement. The team expressed enthusiasm about participating in future events and welcomed opportunities to connect further with residents on essential water and sanitation matters. Through these interactions, TRANSWASCO aims to strengthen its role as a trusted partner in Trans Nzoia’s development journey, ensuring access to safe water, effective sanitation services, and an elevated quality of life for all residents.
