This event provided an opportunity for the company to educate residents about the new water service provider, “TRANSWASCO”, the updated tariff, USSD code for bill inquiries, and the various modes of payment available to ensure smooth service delivery.
Day 1 (12th July 2024) Routes Covered:
TRANSWASCO Headquarters – Swara – Bidii Centre – Airport – Matisi – Tiwan – Mitume – Kipsongo – Town Centre – Roundabout – Maili Tatu – Muthoni – St. Joseph’s – Gatua – Maili Saba – Siyenga – Kibagenge – Waitaluk – Tulwet – Milimani
TRANSWASCO representatives visited these areas to interact directly with customers, answering questions and providing information on water services, including updates on the new payment methods and how to access water services more efficiently.
Day 2 (13th July 2024) Routes Covered:
Cherengany Region: Lions – Norec – Ragira – Sinendet – Chisare – Chepkoyo – Maili Nane – Sirungai – Kapsara – Munyaka – Aruba – Maili Saba – Chematich – Tafina – Kibomet – St. Mary’s
The road show continued on Day 2 in Cherengany, where the TRANSWASCO team further sensitized residents about water-related issues and improvements in service delivery under the new water company.
