Trans Nzoia Water and Sewerage Company (TRANSWASCO) recently hosted a performance meeting at its Northern Compound offices as part of a new initiative focused on enhancing service delivery through a balanced scorecard approach. This meeting convened TRANSWASCO’s key management team and staff members to evaluate progress, pinpoint areas for improvement, and further align service efforts with the company’s mandate to deliver water and sanitation services across Trans Nzoia County.

In her opening address, Acting Managing Director Lucy Njeri commended the staff for their commitment and resilience, underscoring the significance of maintaining accountability while working towards service-oriented goals. She highlighted that aligning departmental and individual performance with the company’s goals will foster measurable results, instill accountability, and reinforce best practices. Njeri assured attendees of the management’s dedication to supporting staff in achieving TRANSWASCO’s vision of becoming Kenya’s leading provider of water and sanitation services.

The meeting also featured a recognition ceremony, where a few members of staff were awarded for their outstanding contributions in September. The Performance Management Committee selected top performers to motivate and inspire other team members. By identifying key drivers of excellence and implementing structured measurement techniques, TRANSWASCO’s management aims to build a culture of continuous improvement and high-performance standards.
