TRANSWASCO’s policy sensitization training is currently underway at the Westside Hotel in Kitale, bringing together staff from various departments to engage in in-depth discussions on key company policies. This initiative is part of the company’s ongoing efforts to improve understanding, communication, and implementation of internal policies in line with industry best practices.

The policies under review today include the Finance Policy, Water Quality Policy, Pro-Poor Policy, Audit Manual, Code of Conduct, and Transport Policy. These documents are essential to guiding the company’s operations in a transparent, efficient, and customer-focused manner.

This workshop underscores TRANSWASCO’s proactive approach to capacity building within the water and sanitation sector. It aims to equip employees with a clear understanding of policy frameworks, ensure compliance with sector regulations, and enhance the company’s overall service delivery.
