Effective from July 1, 2024, Trans Nzoia County has a new water service provider— Trans Nzoia Water and Sewerage Company Limited (TRANSWASCO). This move is part of the county’s broader effort to improve the efficiency and reliability of water supply and sewerage services for all residents.

TRANSWASCO is now the official water service provider in Trans Nzoia County.
The change aims to enhance water management and ensure the consistent and equitable distribution of water across the county.
Residents are encouraged to use the updated payment information for water bills to ensure uninterrupted service.

To make the transition as smooth as possible, please take note of the new payment methods:
