The Trans Nzoia County Water and Sanitation Company (TRANSWASCO), working hand-in-hand with Kitale Technical Institute, is currently conducting a Customer Identification Survey (CIS) across Trans Nzoia County.

The main objective of this initiative is to enhance the accuracy of customer data, enabling the company to:

• Gain a clearer understanding of its customer base
  
• Update and verify existing customer records
  
• Improve efficiency in billing, communication, and service provision

The survey teams, clearly identified and trained for this assignment, will be visiting households and businesses to collect relevant information. Customers are encouraged to fully cooperate by providing accurate details to help streamline operations.
